Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for OBRPs allowancing/outfitting requirements, configuration management and programs aboard CNAP/CNAL naval aircraft carriers (CVNs).

• Review proposed Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) programs and communicate with NAVSEA, NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg (NAVSUP WSS-M) and NAVMEDLOGCEN and ISEA affecting CNAP/CNAL CVNs.  Evaluate and formulate programs for present and future support of systems installed on all CVNs.

• Review plans, provide recommendations, assist, evaluate, and develop SCOOP, COSAL, and SCLSIS recommended essential logistical support to the fleet consolidated COSAL and weapons systems assigned to aircraft carriers (CVNs). 

• Review all COSAL initial outfitting requisitions with NAVSUP WSS-M for all CVNs. Monitor and prioritize initial outfitting report data from ORCAS and provide summary reports. Conduct technical research and investigations of specific COSAL (APL/AEL) for resolution and improvement for all CVNs.

• Required experience in Damage Control, CBR Defense, FP/TP equipment, and other OSI related AELs. the

• Work with NAVSUP-Mechanicsburg in the generation of COSAL products for CNAP/CNAL afloat units. And understanding surface MAMs

• Review message boards and ACR submissions and provide necessary responses for action items, along with disposition of ACR requests. 

• Candidate will have experience in Training personnel on use of R-Supply in allowancing and outfitting and MAMs programs to aid in repairing equipment.
