Information Security Analyst

Security Requirements: Secret Security Clearance
Individual shall possess a certification in one of the following areas:
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), or GIAC Certified Information Handler (GCIH).
Ten (10) years of experience providing cybersecurity support for Navy afloat or ashore C4ISR systems, including providing security engineering support to incorporate the latest Department of Defense (DOD)/Department of Navy (DON) Information Assurance (IA) policies; assisting in the development of processes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance and templates to gain standardization among Navy afloat or ashore C4I Systems to demonstrate compliance with IA requirements. The individual has experience developing, assisting and reviewing in Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts including Security Assessment Plans (SAP), Security Plans (SP), System Level Continuous Monitoring Strategy (SLCM), and associated artifacts; experience supporting analysis of the impact and responses to Information Assurance (IA) data calls, including Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA), Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Interim Authorization to Operate (IATO), and Authorization to Operate (ATO) requirements.
Additional experience assisting all functional areas with the review and revision of cybersecurity program documents; conducting critical Information System (IS) security evaluations; including the use of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) approved security testing tools such as the Host Base Security System (HBSS) for C4I Systems; creating documentation on IA services (IA Control inheritance, network security, test plans, and procedures).
