RESPONSIBILTIES

• Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified independently.
• Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversee Contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Independently conducts organizational studies and designs procedures
• Prepares operations and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
• Applies analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program objectives
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules
• Experience in applying data management, analysis, and visualization
• Specialized project management support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related project

ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or
• Associate degree + 8 years of additional relevant experience; or

• 10 years of additional relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or
• Associate degree + 8 years of additional relevant experience; or
• 10 years of additional relevant work experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• DAWIA Level III in Program Management or equivalent (e.g., PMP)

• Top Secret Clearance

PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• 10 to 14 years
