Job Description
TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified independently.
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Relevant experience includes:
- Design, develop, route, and support the approval of program training documents such as the following:
- Front End Analysis (FEA)
- Training Requirements Plan (TRP)
- Navy Training Systems Plan (NTSP)
- Training Systems Plan (TSP)
- Human Systems Integration (HSI) Plans.
- Ensure training products to include technical training equipment or training device and curriculum are developed in accordance with Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) training development and management standards.
Experience applying DoD training practices and processes and Fleet training development and management tools such as:
- Content Planning Module (CPM) / Learning Object Module (LOM)
- Human Analysis Requirements Planning System (HARPS)
- Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)
- Ability to learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties
- Specialized Navy training experience with NETC or Navy acquisition program support experience
Experience applying DoD, OPNAV, SECNAV, and Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) policies affecting training development and implementation, training course conduct, and training assessment
ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or
- Associate degree + 8 years of additional relevant experience; or
- 10 years of additional relevant work experience
PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of relevant work experience
